Commitments:

The buyer gives up the use of the apartment for one season only.
The buyer is required to purchase the furniture and utensils inventory standard offered by the seller.
The other party agrees to return it in the same condition it was received (normal use allowed, without damage or malfunction), therefore will provide full maintenance free of charge.
The other party also agrees to pay the owner in advance the amount listed as the applied discount.
